We has a Wonderful experience during our stay, and we want to especially recognize Yuriana Florencio for her Outstanding service. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our visit . Simple and comfortable. The big rooms paired with the funny offbeat decor made it a nice place to stay and I would be looking forward to coming back. Kudos to Abel for the great breakfast..
first room’s a/c was out but the front desk accommodated us quickly. sheets were clean and bed was comfy. a/c in the 2nd room was cold. Very pleased with the overall stay. Wish they would add microwave stations on each floor though! Didn’t make it for the breakfast unfortunately, but I liked the Noon checkout time… got to sleep in!
Clean, friendly, comfortable beds, and convenient. The rooms were clean, the water was hot, the rooms were air conditioned well, the blinds work well, the bed and pillows were clean and comfy, the breakfast was free and had enough healthy options to get me through lunch. And the gym is ON POINT The staff is friendly. There are little details that give you a sense of “oh! That’s nice they have that!” Like the soap, shampoo, and conditioner smells REALLY good (the tp sucks tho, guys.) They have a sign in front of the elevator for cool local spots, and I’m really impressed with the gym equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, a 30’ box, a barr rail, nice mats, a couple treadmills, an elliptical, and a peloton bike. Everything you need for a great workout. (just wish they had something to clean the equipment maybe they clean it daily but it was not dirty) First time Tru-er, but a Hilton Diamond member. I usually stay at The Embassy but I didn’t book the hotel this time. I was skeptical when we first arrived. The LED lights and modern furniture make the hotel seem a little… sterile… the lights in the lobby were very dim during check in which gave a feel that the hotel is closed and I had to call to get someone to come to the front desk to check us in… but overall the hotel delivered what you pay for and I was happy with the experience.
Stayed there last week. Had a wonderful time there. Top floor view, good breakfast, clean rooms. Front desk staff were super kind. Had a nice chat with Nathan. He answered all my questions about the valley and were I could get some good Mexican food, suggested the fish soup from El Porton was the place if I remember correctly. All in all a wonderful stay 10/10 would stay again.
My boyfriend and I stayed there last night and spoke to the kindest employee Nathan. He was able to answer all of our questions and concerns and made us feel welcomed. I was worried to come off as a bother but Nathan was incredible. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family 10/10
I like to STAY here for the breakfas bar in the morning the Hotel is awake gym area too! Very nearby restaurants walking distance from room! Awesome morning vibes here!
